Strength & Conditioning Coach

Jack has been involved in strength and conditioning since 2020, gaining valuable experience with professional and collegiate settings including the Milwaukee Brewers and Carroll University. He holds a Master’s degree in Sports Physiology and Performance Coaching from Carroll University, where he conducted research on accentuated eccentric loading. His athletic background includes competing as a sprinter in the 200m and 400m dash during his time at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitative Sciences.

  • B.S. in Exercise Science from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire

  • M.S. in Sports Physiology and Performance Coaching from Carroll University

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)

  • USA Weightlifting Level 1 Certification

  • Internship with the Milwaukee Brewers
