Strength & Conditioning Coach
Blake’s passion for strength and conditioning was ignited during his time as a college hockey player at Hamline University, where he gained first-hand experience with the demands and expectations of collegiate athletics. After completing his undergraduate studies in Exercise Science, he pursued a Master’s Degree in Biomechanics & Sports Science at Marshall University, serving as a Graduate Assistant in the Biomechanics Department while conducting performance testing and providing insights for various athletic teams. Blake further honed his expertise through internships at Driveline Baseball, the University of Minnesota Sports Performance, Union Fitness, and the Training Haus. He is deeply committed to optimizing athlete outcomes through data-driven program design and rehabilitation strategies, utilizing his extensive knowledge in both strength and conditioning and sports science to support the development and success of athletes across multiple sports.
