Spicy Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:
- 2 Sweet potatoes (medium, peeled)
 - 1 Bowl of Water
 - 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 - 2 tsp Chilli Powder
 - 1 tsp Cumin
 - 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
 - 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
 - 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
 - Salt (to taste)
 
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
 - Chop the sweet potatoes into long 1/4 inch thick pieces.
 - Place into a bowl of water to soak for 30 minutes.
 - Combine all of the spices in a small bowl and stir together. Set aside.
 - Dry off the sweet potatoes with a towel.
 - Place on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
 - Sprinkle the sweet potatoes with the spice mixture and stir to evenly coat.
 - Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping once, until browned.
 - Serve hot.
