A Lifelong Passion

Growing up, I loved playing sports, being active, and training hard. This led me to study exercise science/physiology in college and my future career path. After a few years interning then working in the industry, it was clear to me that owning a facility was what I wanted to do.

I felt athletes deserved better. That’s why I created Achieve Sports performance & Personal Training.

Nothing beats seeing athletes train hard and work towards their goals; it’s a truly rewarding experience. Walking into Achieve each day, I’m driven by the trust athletes and clients place in us to help them thrive; that’s why we do our best to over-deliver on value.

True single-leg work is a difference-maker. Here’s Ari working through skater squats. No assistance, just pure strength, balance, and control.

Here’s why single-leg training matters for runners (and all land athletes):

Direct transfer to the sport. Most sports involve running. Exercises like this build strength that matches the demands of the sport.

Expose and fix imbalances. Bilateral exercises are great, but single-leg work creates more balance between sides.

Bulletproof your joints. These exercises strengthen the stabilizers around your hips, knees, and ankles.

Reduced load on the spine. Single-leg training uses lower loads, while still challenging each leg, meaning there’s less load on the spine. 

This is a tough exercise, but one that provides significant value. #achieve #sportsperformance #athleticdevelopment

- More of an anterior load for quad emphasis
- Increased hip external rotation 
- More core stability
